Dr. Sean Chapman graduated from Roseman University in 2015 and has been working in the field of dentistry since 2010. Over the years, he has been an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Academy of Prosthodontics, the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry, and the American Academy of Clear Aligners. Dedicated to lifelong learning, he continues to pursue advanced training in multiple aspects of dentistry to better serve his patients.
Before moving to North Carolina, Dr. Chapman practiced dentistry in Colorado for nearly a decade. In August 2023, he and his family relocated to the Outer Banks, where he purchased the practice from the well known and loved Dr. Jacobson.
Beyond dentistry, family is at the heart of everything Dr. Chapman does. Being a father brings him joy and motivation, and he treasures every moment spent with his loved ones. Fluent in both English and Spanish after serving an LDS mission in Puerto Rico, he enjoys connecting with patients from diverse backgrounds. Above all, Dr. Chapman values the trust his patients place in him and considers it a sacred responsibility to provide care with integrity, compassion, and excellence.
Dr. Mercier is passionate about providing gentle, personalized dental care that helps every patient feel confident in their smile. A proud 2025 graduate, she brings fresh clinical expertise and a caring touch to every appointment.
Currently serving in the Army National Guard, Dr. Mercier is especially honored to care for service members, veterans, and their families. She is fluent in Spanish and values connecting with patients from diverse backgrounds.
Outside the office, Dr. Mercier enjoys fishing, kayaking, camping, and playing disc golf. She looks forward to welcoming new patients and helping them achieve healthier, happier
smiles.
